Parking at Montpellier Airport

There is ample parking at Montpellier Airport and it is well signposted. When returning a hire car follow the signs for “Voitures de Location” to find the car park for hire cars.

There are 4 public car parks.

P1 is now called Car Hotel. This car park benefits from 24 hour surveillance and you can also get your car valeted while you are away. Rates start at 17 euros per day and the daily rates decreases with longer stays.

P2 and P3 are short to mid-term car parks. If you are staying for more than an hour but less than 7 days, your best bet is P3 as it is a bit cheaper than P2 and only slightly further to walk to the terminal. Take a ticket on entry and validate it in the machine either in the terminal building or in the car park when you leave. You have 15 minutes to exit the car park after paying the charge.

P4 is the long term car park. Although this is the furthest from the terminal building, it still isn’t very far to walk. If your stay is of more than 7 days, up to 15, you can buy a special ticket costing 18 euros. This ticket is available from travel agents, airlines, tour operators and from the parking office at the airport.

P4 has now introduced a new tarif at a cost of 18€ for the year.

This new tarif is available only with an accompanying airline ticket for travel from Montpellier airport.

Only available with long term car park P4.

Only available for a minimum 7 day stay up to maximum of 15 days.

This office is located in car park P2 where you must present your P4 ticket and proof of travel (airline ticket) to obtain the special ticket. Any days in excess of 15 are charged at the current daily rate which is 7 euros.
