The French Air Traffic Controllers are on strike between 00:01 hrs to 23:59 hrs (French local time) on Wednesday 14th January.

 - Pau airport is closed until 19:00 UTC
 - Biarritz airport is closed until 05:15 UTC (15th January)

Bomb scare at Biarritz airport

A bomb scare at Biarritz airport in France left hundreds of people shivering in the airport car park for an hour and a half while security forces conducted a controlled explosion on an unnatended package.

Servics quickly returned to normal at Biarritz airport and nobody was hurt.
