Parking at Carcassonne Airport
As the airport has become more popular, extra parking has been provided, none of it more than a couple of minutes walk from the terminal.
As you turn off the road into the airport you will drive alongside the fence of the main car park. The entrance is just on your left as you go round the bend. Take a ticket on entry and pay at the paystation before you return to your vehicle. The first 15 mins are free and thereafter the charges are not too bad although have increased slightly recently.

If the main car park should happen to be full, the overflow car park, P2, is clearly marked, past the end of the terminal. It’s a good idea to get a look at the main park as you go by and, if it appears to be full, go straight to the overflow park. If you park in P2 and then buy a meal at the restaurant (see Carcassonne Airport Bar and Restaurants) they will validate your parking ticket for free.

There are two car park machines. One is in the main departures hall, next to the Ryanair desk, the other is outside on the wall of the terminal.
